El banquete is a site-specific project within the Filare accessibility festival, featuring a textile installation and a collaborative performance open to all village residents, specially women. The installation, made from recycled textiles, forms an imaginary house with interconnected rooms resembling old constructions where people shared beds and meals. The layout shifts, mirroring agricultural plots that changed with the seasons. In the heart of this house, the performance unfolds, where personal stories of fieldwork are shared through sculptures made with fruits, flowers, and vegetables from local farmers.
The Banquet is a table, a living room, a plaza, and a garden.
